Welcome to https://www.b2ballies.com  (the "Site"), owned and operated by B2B Allies Consulting and Sales, a brand name of Aramax IP Services Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Site, consuming our content, or using our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Our Role: Manufacturer's Representative & Affiliate

This is the most important section of our Terms. Please read carefully.
 

B2B Allies Consulting and Sales a brand name of Aramax IP Services Ltd. operates as an independent authorized representative for various third-party manufacturers, SaaS providers and consultants ("Manufacturer") and as an affiliate marketer for various third-party vendors (including Amazon).
 

A. No Ownership of Products

We market and recommend SaaS products, PDF resources, courses, consulting and coaching services. However, we do not own, operate, host, or control the SaaS platforms or courses we recommend. The Intellectual Property and operational control belong solely to the Manufacturer.
 

B. No Payment Processing

We do not collect credit card information or process payments for the Manufacturer's products.

  • All subscriptions and purchases are transactions solely between You and the Manufacturer.

  • We are not a party to that transaction.

  • Any billing disputes, refund requests, or cancellations must be directed to the Manufacturer.
     

3. Affiliate and Advertising Disclosure

In compliance with Canadian Competition Bureau guidelines and global standards (FTC):

  • Material Connection: We receive financial compensation (commissions) from the Manufacturer when you purchase through our links or introductions.

  • Amazon Associates: As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

  • Impact on Content: While we may receive compensation, we strive to provide honest opinions and helpful information. However, you should assume that any link leading to a product or service is an affiliate link.
     

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our Content: The text, blog posts, custom images, and website design on this Site are owned by B2B Allies Consulting and Sales, a brand name of Aramax IP Services Ltd. and protected by Canadian copyright law.

  • Manufacturer Content: Any logos, screenshots, or trademarks referring to the SaaS products or courses are the property of the [UK Manufacturer] and are used here under license/permission for marketing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada), B2B Allies Consulting and Sales, a brand name of Aramax IP Services Ltd., its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  1. Your use of the Manufacturer’s products or services.

  2. Any advice, consultations, or information provided by us during the sales process.

  3. Your reliance on any content found on this Site.
     

Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid directly to us (not the Manufacturer) in the last six (6) months, or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.
